On Saturday I have an interesting conversation with Nataila Vodianova about her charity initiative Elbo. The idea is that you can like various causes and donate one dollar with each like.
Each dollar you spent brings you LoveCoin, which can be used in the built-in shop for purchasing fancy (and expensive) designer items like bags, cloth etc.
Also, there are ”drops” from time to time - kind of auctions for really excluve item.
Does it helpful for charity to give something material back to donors, especially, millennials? Isn't it dilute the idea of giving?
I would be really grateful for your thoughts.
